Q. How are officesuites.ie different to regular serviced offices ?

We looked closely at the setting up and running costs of operating a business in Dublin and soon realised that renting office premises was by far the greatest expense involved. We also looked at high amenity serviced offices and realised that in the full serviced office environment, convenience comes at a high price. officesuites.ie operate with all the benefits of a serviced office but without the excessive costs - all the usual extras that sneak into in a regular serviced office package are transparently included in our single occupation fee.

Q. How do Businesses benefit ?

Clients choose the term of the occupancy and the exact amount of space so they do not pay for space that they don’t need. Everything is in place to ensure clients can get to work immediately. Broadband, furnishings, telephone lines, handsets etc. We can have a client set up within hours of visiting us. There is no upfront capital expenditure so clients save money and maintain cash flow.

Q. How do officesuites.ie operate ?

Our suites operate as a hybrid between full on serviced offices and conventional office leasing – we provide all the benefits of a full on serviced office but as the same time we offer independence and privacy which is normally only achieved where businesses own their own premises.

Q What does an officesuite cost ?

The costs are all inclusive, you don’t pay separately for overheads like, electricity, lighting, heating, rates, line rental etc. Also included are the costs of your executive furniture, digital phone system (voice mail, call divert etc), and IT infrastructure. The costs will vary depending on the size of suite you require and the number of people in your organisation.

Q. Where are officesuites.ie located ?

Our flagship building is located on Carysfort Avenue in Blackrock Village, Co. Dublin. We also have another premises in Harcourt Street in Dublin City Centre. We will be opening a new centre in Killiney, south county Dublin in mid 2009.
