Phone Calls

So, how do you want to deal with your phone calls and how does the system operate ?

Option 1:- Privately

You can operate your phone system privately by, for example activating your mail, call divert, call transfer and so on. For example, say you are out of the office, in a meeting or already on a call - you can activate your voicemail or divert calls to your mobile or any other number. Our system also allows remote dial in so you can check your messages whenever you like. Also, once a call comes in, you can transfer it to any other workstation in your suite, or, if you operate in more than one suite, anywhere in the building ! In addition to your main business line we can also provide you with direct dial in numbers which come in directly to designated workstations as required.

Option 2: - Virtual Receptionist

Each client is assigned 2-3 personal PA's who gets to know you, your business and your regular customers. Kendlebell will answer your calls in your company name and relay messages immediately to you in your required format (normally by text, email, fax,) plus an end of day email summary. In addition, Kendlebell can also take calls and patch (or transfer) the calls through to a number as required and if you are unavailable to take the calls, a message is taken which is sent be text or email to the client as required.
