We caught up with Vivian Marques, head of sales for Spotahome who tells tells us more about how they are revolutionising the medium and long term property rental market.

What are the types of services that you you provide and what problems that you solve for your customers?
We are the first online platform designed for direct booking of medium and long term rental. Landlords receive booking requests only from tenants who are fully committed to renting their property and within their selected criteria. Tenants are able to view online and request a booking to a property they know it’s available and has been verified by Spotahome, making the process much safer, quicker and easier. Landlord only receive payment 48h after move in and are covered* by our insurance for damages and early departures. T&Cs apply.
